Summary[]
In the Loki Familia home, Ais was practicing with her sword when Lefiya appeared. She asked about her parents but Ais only gave her a vague answer. Lefiya tried again and was cut off by Riveria who wondered why Lefiya took so long getting a book. Lefiya invited Ais to come study with her. However, Ais remembered from when she used to study and turned down her request.
Ais, Tiona, and Lefiya sat together to eat breakfast. They discussed what they were going to do and Ais revealed that she had to raise 40,000,000 valis in the dungeon to pay for the sword that Goibniu lent her which she destroyed. The three decided to go to the dungeon and invited Tione who declined at first but decided to go if Finn went. Finn and Riveria agreed to go and left Gareth in charge.
Ais and Tiona visited Airmid to get potions, Riveria and Lefiya visited Lenoa to restock on mage supplies, and Finn and Tione visited the Guild to look at quests. The group assembled at the Babel and made their way down to the 18th floor.
Upon arriving in Rivira, the group noticed that something was wrong. They heard from people nearby that there had been a murder at Villy's inn. They entered the inn and the room in question to find a dead body. Bors Elder objected to their presence and complained about strong adventurers but nonetheless let them stay. Finn had Villy explain the situation regarding the murder. Bors' companion used the Status Thief on the body, revealing the former adventurer's stats. Riveria and Ais read the body's stats and found out that the body belonged to Hashana Dorlia. A shocked Bors revealed that Hashna was a Level 4, and Ais told everyone that the murderer was most likely at least Level 5.
